However, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the design before production. That’s why we offer unlimited revisions on the mock-up until it’s perfect for you. We’ll work closely with you, making any necessary adjustments to ensure the final design meets your vision and expectations.

Please Note: Once you approve the final mock-up and the order is sent to print, no further changes can be made, and all sales are considered final.

Once finalized and sent to print, your planner will be shipped directly to you within 1 week.

How the Process Works

Creating your custom TrueYou Planner is a collaborative journey, designed to ensure that every detail reflects your vision and needs. Here’s how it works:

• Place Your Order: Once your order is received, we’ll begin the development process, which typically takes 2-3 weeks.

• Initial Design and Revisions: We’ll create a mock-up of your planner based on your preferences. You’ll have unlimited opportunities to request revisions to the design, so you can feel confident it’s exactly as you envision.

• Approval Required: Before we proceed to print, we’ll send you the final mock-up for your approval. This step is crucial—we cannot print your planner without your confirmation. Your participation and timely responses are essential to keep the process moving smoothly.

• Final Approval and Printing: Once you confirm the final mock-up, we’ll send your planner to print. All sales are final at this stage, and no further changes can be made.

Please note that due to the personalized nature of the TrueYou Planner, we cannot offer refunds if you don’t participate in the design approval process. We’re here to help every step of the way and are committed to delivering a product you’ll love!
